Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, destination, and package weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage when applicable.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
